Gerardo Mayella da Cruz Abi
Marine science professional with a focus on coastal and marine environments, sustainability and community engagement. Benvindo leads X-TIERRA’s environmental and sustainability service line, including environmental assessment, monitoring, management planning and stakeholder engagement.
Energy safety engineer and researcher specialising in hydrogen safety, explosion-risk analysis, fire dynamics, advanced CFD simulation and gas-sensing technologies integrating machine learning. Paulo drives X-TIERRA’s innovation, digital tools and technical safety capability.
Lead, Project Management
Construction and cost management professional with client-side and contractor-side experience across Australia and Timor-Leste. Gerardo’s experience includes quantity surveying, estimating and infrastructure project delivery, and he leads X-TIERRA’s project delivery function.
